Your job at DKV Mobility? As part of a leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payment solutions, you will work in an exciting environment. Our tasks are defined by our Purpose: To drive the transition towards an efficient and sustainable future of mobility. We offer you numerous opportunities to help shape the mobility of tomorrow in a dynamic and agile environment. Our approximately 2,400 employees throughout Europe are united by a common passion: to give their best every day for our customers in more than 50 countries. True to our claim: You drive, we care. Become part of our diverse, dedicated and unique team!
- As a working student, you will support our team in integrating new (AI) technologies, rolling out and operating our DKV Virtual Assistant, and managing and optimizing our transactional customer feedback. With your IT affinity, you’ll quickly take on responsible project tasks. Your focus will be on preparing workshops, user trainings, and taking on junior PMO responsibilities.
- In addition to supporting AI & Virtual Assistant integrations, you and your team will drive the continuous development of DKV Customer Service.
- As a strong communicator, you’ll act with sensitivity and involve all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- You’ll actively contribute to shaping strategic initiatives within DKV Customer Service. In doing so, you’ll gain insights into the systems, processes, and workflows of a best-in-class international customer service organization — and have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in project and process management.
- You’re also ready to lend a hand with special tasks when needed.
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field, and you have a strong academic record.
- You have a keen interest in IT processes and project management, and ideally, you’ve already gained initial experience in (IT) project work.
- Your strengths include analytical thinking, teamwork, strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You speak German fluently and have solid English skills, both written and spoken
