• Develop URS and TechSpecs for AVI in IV bag applications
• Conduct full-scale technology scouting, including vendor landscape analysis (qualified, early adopters, PoC, roadmap)
• Request and analyze budgetary quotations; perform vendor evaluations using KT-analysis
• Lead feasibility studies with vendors and document outcomes
• Design process layouts and develop holistic Concept Designs
• Facilitate supplier feedback and refine technical and commercial proposals
• Recommend preferred supplier and ensure handover to Basic Design
• Ensure execution readiness and alignment with project timelines

• Strong background in process engineering and visual inspection technologies, ideally in parenteral or IV bag manufacturing
• Strong supplier management skills, including vendor assessment, contracting, and performance verification
• Experience in URS/TechSpec development, vendor management, and feasibility studies
• Experience in facilitating supplier engagement and feedback loops during concept and feasibility phases
• Familiarity with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical automation
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in visual inspection, including data requirements and algorithm validation
• Proven ability to scout, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies (e.g. AI in AVI)
• Experience with PoC, prototype testing, and early-stage technology validation
