• Execute procurement requests in line with category strategies, policies, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored sourcing solutions
• Apply procurement methodologies and tools to maximize value
• Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage supplier performance and ensure operational efficiency
• Lead contracting activities including master agreements, statements of work, and change orders
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure audit readiness
• Act as first-level escalation point for business stakeholders
• Support master data management and contribute to category strategy feedback

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Profound procurement experience, including contracting, ERP systems (SAP), and spot buying
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into procurement specifications
• Experience in sourcing within technical fields (e.g., electronics, mechanics)
• Familiarity with eProcurement tools (eSourcing, eAuction) and contract management systems
• Fluent Englisch skills, knowledge of German (B2+) are a strong advantage
• Understanding of cost reduction/value improvement programs
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive for operational excellence
