- Coordinating and providing technical support for AI/ML projects
- Conducting experiments, validating, and optimizing AI solutions
- Integrating feedback and performance tuning
- Promoting best practices (reproducibility, governance, ethical AI)Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic/international)
- Work location: Office or home office in Garching, Germany
- Master's degree in computer science or a related technical field
- Experience with production-ready ML/AI solutions
- Experience with generative AI and LLMs (prompting, inference optimization)
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)
- Very good Python skills and software engineering skills
- Knowledge of MLOps, data pipelines, and model management
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Dynamic and innovative market environment
- Continuous support during the assignment
- High degree of personal responsibility
