• Collaborate closely with the Delivery Owner Lead to coordinate project schedules, scope, and development
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to changing needs
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams and business stakeholders
• Unlock the broader potential of the Jira Cloud platform
  
• Optimize Jira workflows and promote agile best practices to improve project delivery
  
• Identify opportunities for innovation and suggest improvementsto enhance functionality and user experience
  
• Utilize advanced reporting and analytics tools to derive insights from Jira data (e.g., KPI dashboards)
  
• Leverage advanced knowledge of the Structure by Tempo module for tracking operational delivery plans
• Utilize JQL (Jira Query Language) and Rich Filters for enhanced data querying and visualization
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  

• Proven experience in agile delivery and backlog management
• Strong understanding of Jira Cloud and Confluence, including architecture, configuration, and optimization
  
• Experience with Jira automation, reporting, and integration tools
  
• Advanced knowledge of JQL, Structure by Tempo and Rich Filters
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead agile teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Remote work possible
