• Own the Salesforce TPM integration delivery to SAP S/4Hana, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget alignment under Project methodology
• Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and proactively navigate roadblocks
• Track and manage project budget, costs, and adjustments based on data insights
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including programme status reporting
• Facilitate cross-team cadence among CIM, S/4Hana, and deployment teams
• Ensure outcomes are delivered according to Project Stage Gates and Check Points
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Act as key interface between TPM and S/4Hana governance to drive optimal deployment decisions
• Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of best practices
• Collaborate closely with Project PMO, programme leads, and IT PMO to secure successful outcomes

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects, ideally CG Cloud and TPM
• Solid understanding of S/4Hana project implementation (preferred but not essential)
• Familiarity with project tools such as JIRA and MS Project
• Experience working in matrix organisations and/or multi-market environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills within major transformation programmes
• Fluency in English
• Recognised certifications in Project/Programme Management (e.g. APM ChPP, PMI PMP, IPMA)
