- Advise business units (production, quality, logistics) on the effective use of Plex
- Analyze existing processes and translate them into digital workflows
- Configure Plex modules (ERP, MES, QMS, APM) based on customer requirements
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and deliver user training
- Support rollouts, testing, and go-live activities
- Experience with ERP/MES implementations or consulting (e.g., Plex, SAP, Infor, Oracle)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Technical understanding of cloud-based platforms and APIs (e.g., REST)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and digital transformation
- Fluent in German and English
- High-impact project with international visibility
- Collaboration with cross-functional, innovative teams
