• Performing measurements using wafer probers and parameter testers
• Operating electrical systems for reliability stress testing
• Preparing and providing measurement equipment according to specifications
• Setting up wafer probers and adjusting probe cards as instructed
• Managing and maintaining orders using existing software tools
• Assisting equipment owners with various laboratory tasks

• Completed Bachelor's degree, or training as a certified technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and wafer prober operation
• A structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
• Excellent German skills (minimum level C1) and fluent English
