• Supporting the GRC Transformation Project Manager as PMO and to maintain project management activities
• Project / Program administration
• Organization of team meetings / workshop logistics
• Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation
• Project plan creation and maintenance
• Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
• Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables

• Several years of experience in the required evnironment
• Verbal and written communication skills and analytical and problem solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
• Delivering on priorities
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data
• Ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities
• Self-motivated and pro-active
• Ability to collaborate cross functions and BUs
