Your tasks:
You will support the Customer Service team in day-to-day operations
You will be responsible for independently processing and forwarding customer enquiries to internal stakeholders
You will be involved in ongoing and new projects in the area of Customer Service
You have a genuine interest in customer service and enjoy digital tools and modern IT systems
You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
You are communicative, team-oriented and curious
You are keen to question processes and actively help shape them
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
