• The client is a leading global universal bank with more than 90,000 employees, providing comprehensive services in 60 countries with over 2,400 branches.

• Processing and checking documents: Receipt, completeness, validation and archiving (physical/digital)
• Contract management: coordination of ratification and creation of contract copies
• Customer activation: setup of products and services in DB's IT systems
• Global collaboration: clarification of contractual issues with international teams

• Completed education (ideally in business or banking)
• First experience in customer service or comparable fields
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing are required; knowledge of German is desirable but not mandatory
• Knowledge of document management, archiving, and financial services (especially in corporate bank cash management) is advantageous
