In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with RPA tools like UiPath or MS Power Automate and will has a strong understanding of business process analysis, solution design, and automation best practices.
What you can expect:
- You will analyse, document, and evaluate existing business processes in terms of their automation potential, with a primary focus on developing RPA processes.
- You will act as an interface between the business departments and the team to take over and coordinate the development of automation solutions.
- You will monitor and maintain the implemented automation solutions to ensure smooth functionality.
- You will manage the existing automation infrastructure and develop it further.
- You can expect exciting projects in a dynamic environment where you will use project management and agile methods.
- You will be involved in designing and supporting the expansion of further automation technologies with AI, OCR, communications mining, etc.
- You work proactively to promote the implementation of new development standards and new technical automation possibilities.
- You will work in a motivated and collegial international team.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in RPA development (minimum 2 years) using RPA tools (preferred: UiPath and MS Power Automate).
- Ideally, you are familiar with the development of MS Power Apps.
- You have analytical skills and problem-solving expertise.
- Your English language skills (written and spoken) are business fluent.
- You have good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You are open to traveling 1-3 times per year for approximately a week to our headquarters or occasionally to our sales units in Europe.
