What you can expect

Our Charge Point Operation Services team is a central component of the strategic direction of DKV Mobility, the market leader for commercial fuelling and charging solutions. We are shaping the future of mobility and enabling our customers to make a seamless transition to the world of electrified mobility. We build and manage charging infrastructures for e-cars at home (@home) and at work (@work). With our extensive network of partner companies, we install wallboxes throughout Germany and Europe and link them with first-class software solutions.

You are the central point of contact for customers, drivers and service providers from Germany and Italy and deal with their enquiries in a competent and friendly manner.
You process and check incoming and outgoing invoices in the B2C business model carefully and efficiently.
You accompany the quotation process for B2C customers and take into account the individual requests of the customers You continuously develop and optimise existing processes.
You conscientiously use and maintain data in SAP and MS Office.

What makes you stand out

You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship or a degree.
You have a positive charisma and are highly customer-orientated.
You show initiative and have an authoritative manner.
You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
You have a very good command of German and a basic knowledge of Italian.
Ideally, you have previous technical knowledge, preferably in the construction industry or in electrical engineering.
