- You acquire new sales partners and manage existing sales partner relationships in selected countries
- You negotiate contracts with distribution partners and their customers and onboard new distribution partners by introducing them to the necessary organizational requirements of DKV
- You provide information, explanations, and training on the product-related requirements for successfully marketing DKV, and you conduct sales partner trainings in the areas of sales, marketing, and administration
- You proactively manage and implement marketing campaigns together with the supported sales partners, and you advise them on business development and acquiring new customers
- You handle customer- and partner-related administration in collaboration with Sales Operations
- You assist in contract design and monitor the sales partner agreements
- You achieve the sales targets and budget goals for the sales partners and monitor them on a monthly basis
- You observe, analyze, and evaluate the markets/countries you are responsible for
- You collect the necessary information from sales partners to enable Sales Partner Operations to prepare offers, and you maintain relevant special agreements for commission calculations
- You support your mentor on large-scale projects
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a university degree
- You have sales experience – or simply enjoy negotiating and advising
- You are interested in implementing marketing activities and enjoy conducting sales conversations
- You are ambitious and eager to independently support and develop partners
- You think analytically and enjoy working conceptually
- You have excellent German and English language skills
- You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- You are fully willing to travel nationally and internationally
- You bring intercultural competence, enjoy working in a team, and know how to assert yourself when needed
- You communicate clearly, persuasively, and empathetically – and you enjoy trying out and testing new ideas
