• Lead and support cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating innovative equipment and digital solutions
• Act as a change champion, promoting new technologies and modern ways of working across local and global networks
• Coordinate with international teams to implement advanced manufacturing strategies
• Develop and maintain GMP-compliant documentation, including risk assessments, SOPs, and qualification protocols
• Provide subject matter expertise in upstream and downstream biologics manufacturing processes

• Solid experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Strong background in project management and process optimization
• Fluent in English (C1) and proficient in German (B1)
• Familiarity with automation systems such as Emerson DeltaV and SIPAT, and with quality management systems
