• Execute manufacturing activities for liquid and lyophilized drug products in accordance with cGMP guidelines
• Operate, set up, and clean production equipment (e.g., compounding systems, autoclaves, filtration units)
• Ensure timely and compliant execution of batch records and other GMP documentation
• Support troubleshooting of equipment and process deviations, and contribute to root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve technical issues
• Participate in training activities and support onboarding of new team members
• Assist in process improvements, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards

• Hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in sterile drug product production.
• Fluent in English or German (ideally both)
• Solid understanding of GMP regulations, SOPs and quality systems
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Structured, reliable and proactive working style
• Familiarity with SAP and MES systems advantageous
