As a Digital Marketing Specialist at ALPLA, you will play a key role in driving our B2B marketing efforts by creating and executing smart, data-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads and boost brand visibility. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and our Digital teams, you’ll design full-funnel initiatives that engage our target audiences and support sustainable pipeline growth. From campaign strategy to execution and reporting, you'll help shape how we go to market globally.

  • You’ll lead the development of integrated campaigns—defining target audiences, creating personalized nurture flows, and optimizing touchpoints across the customer journey
  • Your analytical mindset will help you evaluate campaign performance through KPIs like CTR, MQLs, and ROI, while your collaborative approach ensures smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners
  • You’ll also support the rollout of campaigns across regions, maintain dashboards (e.g. Power BI), and make sure every campaign delivers measurable impact

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

  • We’re looking for a marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or performance marketing
  • You should be confident working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and comfortable analyzing data with tools like Power BI or Google Analytics
  • A strong understanding of segmentation, lead scoring, and B2B customer journeys is key
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams, take initiative, and enjoy optimizing the details that drive better results
  • Fluency in English (ideally at native level) is essential, as you’ll be working in an international environment
