Your prospective job:
For our international client in the field of aviation and space, we are looking for you as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer (m/f/d) ZUKEN in Munich. You will be supporting the hardware development team in the creation or update of a mixed signal board design.
Your responsibilities:
- Development of electrical circuits in accordance with internal aeronautical development standards, including stress analysis, tolerance analysis, and design justification, based on board-level requirements and initial design concepts.
- Analog simulation of different functions
- Taking into account EMC constraints
- Implementation of the design in schematics using the ZUKEN tool
- Definition of layout constraints for established circuits
- Verification of developed circuits on breadboards
Your profile:
- Degree (university or university of applied sciences) in electrical engineering, control engineering, aerospace engineering or comparably
- Several years of work experience in Analogue Circuit Design
- Expertise in DO254 process and avionics process (standards, requirements, traceability, etc.)
- Specialiced knowledge of mixed signal design (e.g. LVDT, Frequency acquisition, ADC design, digital cores e.g. TMS320, memory design e.g. DDR3, data bus design e.g. RS422, …)
- Experienced in analytical design methods (tolerance analysis, stress analysis) and circuit simulation (e.g. PSpice, LTSpice)
- Practiced usage of schematics and layout tools (e.g. Zuken)
- Verification of analogue circuits
- Good English language skills (B2), written and spoken
- German or French skills are helpful, but not mandatory
