• Create and maintain technical documentation in the aviation sector
• Aircraft Maintenance Supplements
• Illustrated Parts Supplements
• Cabin Crew Manuals
• Passenger Safety Cards
• Support and drive the transition from FrameMaker/Illustrator to a structured SGML/XML-based documentation system
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external tech doc providers
• Option to take on deputy or full managerial responsibilities within the department

• Hands-on experience in technical documentation
• Strong skills in SGML and XML; experience with ABOTEXT Experience or comparable tools advantageous
• Proficient in Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator and other documentation tools
• Familiar with ATA chapters and service bulletins
• Practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to lead or support team management
• Experience in a smaller or mid-sized company preferred - broad interface exposure is necessary
• Background in aviation helpful but not required - candidates from similarly regulated industries (e.g., rail, medtech) are welcome
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented and proactive
• Fluent English is necessary, French is an advantage
