• Lead strategical reports and events (Internal/External)
• Manage bi-weekly company-wide reporting process
• Support management on ad-hoc requests, which involve a wide range of topics
• Coordinate company-wide investment management (planning and follow-up)
• Consolidate cross company operation like information related to future manpower plan
• Align with R&D Center in South Korea and brand related regional headquarters
• Handle cross-functional team activities and exchange on complex topics
• Identify cross department synergies to propose and implement processes improvements (Technical and R&D administration)
• Adapt strategy according to ongoing market changes and global businesses

• Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or related field desired
• Sound professional experience of industry experience in R&D Strategy, Product Strategy, Product Planning, and/or Project Management, experience in Automotive preferred
• Ideally certified by PM systems: PMI or Prince 2
• Creative mindset as well as a problem-solving mentality
• Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
• Willingness to work in an international organization
• Good communication skills a must: verbal, written, presentation
• Proficient skills in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and in virtual conferencing, e.g. WebEx, MS Teams or similar
• Fluency with English language; bilingual Korean language skill an advantage, but not required
