• Work closely with Business Owners and Digital Product Owners to gather dashboard requirements, understand their data needs, and together ensure proper web/app tracking for digital analytics
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights, including: data preparation in the transformation layer of the data warehouse, data cloud infrastructure/BI tool configuration, data visualizations in the BI tool, data quality assurance
• Assist stakeholders in their usage of the various existing BI and tracking tools, as well as dashboards, to promote data literacy and self-service analytics
• Identify opportunities for improving our dashboards, data warehouse, processes, trainings, etc. to better support data-driven decision-making, including tool migration and refactoring tech debt projects
• Collaborate as a part of cross-functional teams, applying your data expertise to identify and solve customer pain-points and pursue our company OKRs

• Experience as a Data Analyst
• Past Cloud Infrastructure or Data Engineering or other tech experience advantageous
• Experience using a BI tool, Tableau and/or Looker as well as experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, sGTM
• Proficiency in SQL for analytical queries in a Data Warehouse, including experience with dbt
• Experience in a customer-centric company, preferably e-commerce, transactional marketplace, or e-health, advantageous
• Domain knowledge (marketing, business, finance, operations, logistics) advantageous
• You enjoy working with a team, solving problems and continuously improving together and are accustomed to collaborating with many stakeholders from multiple departments, empathizing with their needs, communicating effectively and in an Agile way aligned with company OKRs
• Languages: English, and German is highly desired
• Must: Registered Freelancer in Germany
