• Advise the development and refinement of the product vision and strategic storyline based on input from internal stakeholders
• Translate complex ideas and content into structured narratives and high-quality communication materials (e.g., pitch decks, executive summaries, vision statements)
• Prepare tailored content to address the needs of various internal audiences (e.g., C-level, functional leaders, operational teams)
• Conduct interviews and working sessions with internal teams to gather input and validate direction
• Advise the preparation of presentations, workshops, and internal communication assets
• Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with internal communication standards and tone
• Adapt and refine materials based on feedback and evolving organizational context

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate communications, or product strategy advise
• Demonstrated ability to structure strategic narratives and communication materials in complex corporate environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Strong proficiency in preparing professional, visually appealing presentations and strategic documents
• High attention to detail, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented working style
• Ability to work independently while aligning closely with internal teams and guidelines
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German advantageous
