Jetzt bewerben- The Early Career Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing both the apprenticeship and graduate programs within the company. This role involves strategic planning, program management, and industry engagement to ensure the successful recruitment, onboarding, and development of apprentices and graduates.
- Strategy: Provide employment contracts for apprentices and graduates. Research the latest apprenticeship and graduate options, offering insights on changes and updates relevant to the business.
- Industry Attraction: Organize industry events, career fairs, and manage speakers and merchandise.
- Program Planning: Evaluate new apprentices and graduates against program needs, update previous knowledge, and ensure clear rotations documented per regulations.
- Attraction/Recruitment: Design inclusive job adverts, manage candidate requests, and coordinate offers.
- Onboarding: Organize welcome days, site inductions, and department meetings for both apprentices and graduates.
- Program Management: Set up governance, manage student and graduate meetings, and ensure smooth transitions with education providers.
- Pastoral Care: Provide HR support, attend early career events, and oversee mandatory training for both apprentices and graduates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Educational Management, or a related field
- Additional qualifications in personnel development or coaching are advantageous
- Several years of experience in managing apprenticeship and graduate programs
- Experience in strategic planning and program management
- Experience in organizing industry events and career fairs
- In-depth knowledge of current trends and developments in apprenticeship and graduate programs
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and best practices in human resource management
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- High motivation and commitment to developing young talent
- Fluent in both German and English
