- Telephone point of contact for customers and field service;
- Answering customer questions/requests via email;
- Recording activities and implementing changes in CRM systems;
- Acting as a link between customer and field service;
- Advising customers on solutions;
- Making courtesy calls to new customers to welcome them and answer any questions about our products and services;
- Supporting sales through upsell
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week (max 40 hours);
- At least a completed MBO education;
- Able to assess situations and translate them into concrete actions within existing processes;
- Communicative skills;
- Stress-resistant;
- Proactive and maintaining an overview: You know how to tackle and complete tasks, but you also know where action needs to be taken or how processes can be improved.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. French and/or German is a plus
