• Making appointments at doctors' surgeries for a key account manager of a pharmaceutical company
• Close collaboration with the key account manager
• Maintenance and coordination of the Key Account Manager's appointment diary
• Answering and forwarding telephone calls

• Data entry

• Experience as a telephone operator, call centre agent (CCA), telephone sales employee or telephone operator
• Ideally already experience in coordinating appointments for a pharmaceutical company

• Independent and structured way of working
• Good IT knowledge
