• Conducting reviews, analyses, and providing commentary on the financial reporting of subsidiaries, as well as preparing and commenting on the group report for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Designing planning processes and participating in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Providing independent support and assuming responsibility for controlling processes, beginning with structured requirements gathering and transitioning into the ERP and BI system.
• Serving as the contact person for subsidiaries and non-departmental areas regarding controlling inquiries.
• Offering opportunities for active participation in the development and expansion of our controlling processes within our new ERP system (ongoing implementation project).

• Completed studies in an economic science field, ideally with a focus on controlling, as well as several years of professional experience in controlling or a relevant adjacent area.
• Professionalism in handling analysis tools and processing and preparing large amounts of data.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Power BI is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking skills and strong communication abilities.
• Enjoyment of teamwork, proactive and independent approach, and a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent English skills.
