As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Agile Software Delivery Team Manager to lead our talented team and drive excellence in software development.

As an Agile Software Delivery Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our software delivery processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor an agile software delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Champion best practices, encourage innovation, and inspire excellence in software development.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to plan team composition based on our value creation strategy.
  • Drive recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent aligned with our product goals.
  • Implement and enhance software development and operation standards.
  • Optimize IT processes within the team and across dependent organizational units.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, including financial controlling, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Utilize agile methods (such as Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks) to drive efficient project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Provide estimations and support for project planning and initiation.
  • Lead project workstreams, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Take responsibility for the stable operation of software artifacts and services.
  • Provide 3rd level support when needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing agile software delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of GEO-based applications and services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
