YOUR TASKS

• Manage and evaluate design resources to ensure productivity.
• Closely work with Industry Mangers for New Product Development as per customer requirement.
• Responsible for delivery of Designs Job Works from Foreign Entities
• Design & Development of New Products as per the Industry Demand at competitive price.
• Cost Estimation of New Products as per BOM or inputs from Industry Managers.
• Prepares engineering drawings and ensures due diligence on standards and GD&T.
• Evaluates product performance and life expectations through engineering calculations viz. Structural dynamics and Thermal CFD using Ansys.
• Performs failure analysis, investigates, and troubleshoots issues. Coordinates with stakeholder and ensures all objectives (Cost, Quality & On time delivery) are met.
• Setting up CTQs, ATPs, process of inspection and design dispositions.
• Coordinate production transitions from engineering to production.
• Lead the team through design review phases as per Product Design Life Cycle.
• Preparation of Layout Drawings as per customer requirements.
• Preparation of GA drawings for installation purpose.
• Take care the turnkey projects start from feasibility study to deliver to the customers including all procurement activities.
• Coordinates with other cross functional team for a timely completion of designs and drawings.
• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health & safety guidelines.
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
• Identify the training requirements to the subordinates and communicate the management with training recommendation.
