What you can expect

Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Bearbeitung der Eingangsrechnungen (Papierform und eInvoices) mittels elektronischen Workflows sowie Rückfragen zur Rechnungsbearbeitung (intern & extern).
Neben der Verarbeitung und Pflege der automatisierten Reisekostenabrechnung bearbeitest Du Dauerbuchungsbelege und das Mahnwesen.
Die Kontenpflege und -abstimmung der Lieferanten-/Sachkonten zählen wie die WE/RE-Kontenpflege sowie der Stammdateneingabe/-pflege zu Deinen Aufgaben.
Weiterhin kontierst und buchst Du die in- und ausländischen Lieferantenrechnungen (mit und ohne Bestellbezug) unter Steuerberücksichtigung.

Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mind. 3-5 Jahren Praxiserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet.
Deine guten Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office Anwendungen werden durch gute SAP-Kenntnisse ergänzt.
Du arbeitest selbstständig, gewissenhaft und zielorientiert.
Dein empathisches, sicheres Auftreten sowie Deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten erleichtern Dir das Arbeiten im Team.
Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
