- Independently handle a wide range of assistance tasks in an international, dynamic and complex environment
- Plan and coordinate appointments, business trips and company-wide meetings
- Preparation of presentations, reports and protocols for the top management
- Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale
- Responsibility for finance related projects and acting as point of contact for the different teams across the company
- Several years of professional experience in the area of management assistance in an international company environment
- Advantageous is experience in the area of Controlling Or Finance in general
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Business fluent in English
- Reliable, structured and discreet way of working
- Good stakeholder management, communication and networking skills
- Diverse and challenging field of activity within a modern, international company setting
- Possibility to work from home and flexible working hours

Gehaltsinformationen
- The compensation for this position is at least € 58,000 gross per year. An overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
