- Dein Arbeitsschwerpunkt ist die Planung und Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Optimierungsarbeiten an unseren Chemieanlagen der Facility.
- Du gewährleistest den rechtkonformen Betrieb unserer Anlagen im Chemikalienlager, Chemikalienver- und –entsorgung sowie dem Abfallbahnhof nach den aktuellen nationalen und internationalen Technikstandards und Richtlinien.
- Das Erstellen von Risikobewertungen des zu verantwortenden Anlagenbestandes und die Organisation aller notwendigen Maßnahmen im Zuge einer Störungsbehebung gehören zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich.
- Du trägst die Budgetverantwortung für Deinen Bereich, indem du die jährlichen Kosten- und Investitionsbudgets überwachst und einhältst.
- Deine Funktion als Fremdfirmenkoordinator beinhaltet die Arbeitsplatzeinweisung der Mitarbeiter von Fremdfirmen über ihre Tätigkeiten und aller Vorschriften, sowie deren Betreuung.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, die Einhaltung und wiederkehrende Prüfung von Prozessen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Arbeitsanweisungen.
Combines passion with know-how - your profile:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker oder Elektroniker oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in der Chemie, Umwelt- oder Abwassertechnik oder im Maschinenbau.
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Solarindustrie, Chemieindustrie oder Abwassertechnik und idealerweise Führungserfahrung.
- Du bist fachlich versiert mit Betreiberpflichten/Eigenüberwachung (StörfallVO; AwSV etc.), der Abwasserbehandlung und im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen.
- Du bist ein Spezialist in der Arbeit im Team, sowie mit Kunden und denkst dabei immer unternehmerisch.
- Deine systematische, analytische Denkweise, organisierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft und Reisebereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab.
