• Responsible for processes and systems for an efficient, transparent & strategic resource management in our business unit
• Coordinate the capacity & demand in our agile Organization
• Establish communication platforms with our internal stakeholders in order to develop recommendations for action for successful product teams and bring them into implementation
• Plan, prepare and arrange cross-team meetings, committees, workshops and taskforces with relevant project partners
• Document and summarize relevant content in decision templates to present it to top management or in committees on-site
• Develop and use data analysis to ensure the correct use of our employees Support our teams in fulfilling an efficient demand requirement based on agile process models

• Completed studies in the field of economics, engineering or comparable training
• Practical experience in agile demand & capacity planning according to SAFe
• Experience in agile Process implementation & Project Steering on Senior Level
• Ideally, experienced in data analysis with MS PowerBI and Jira, Confluence
• Comfortable presenting in front of the top management
• Solution-oriented and hands-on mindset plus a balanced work ethic between independence and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in German are required, fluency in English is desirable
