Your prospective job:

For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as HR Advisor Satair (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.

Your responsibilities:

• Advising and supporting the business on all HR administrative processes and tools
• Administrative implementation of all individual HR measures e.g. movements and contractual changes
• Administrative support of the recruiting activities
• HR data maintenance and reporting
• Supporting the HRBPs in relevant HR campaigns e.g. performamce, goals and salary
• Supporting the HRBPs in initiatievs projects

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, communication studies or professional education as Human resources specialist or comparable
• Professional experience in the fields personnel administration, secretarial/assistance and human resources
• Good knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
• Minimal knowledge in project management
• Business fluent skills in German and English, both written and spoken
