With 2+ years of leadership experience in a comparable customer-facing position, you know how to motivate, coach and develop customer-orientated teams.
For you, managing a customer service team with key figures such as NPS, CSAT, ASA etc. is already routine.
You are very familiar with state-of-the-art customer service systems such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Zendesk or Genesys PureCloud.
For you, ‘leading by example’ means more than words - if necessary, you can also get involved in operations yourself!
You are characterised by an agile mindset. You prefer quick action and optimisation to excessive analysis and planning.
Constantly questioning the status quo is not a management method for you, but your way of thinking.
