• Independent coordination of Agile delivery activities across multiple cross-functional project streams
• Coordination of interfaces and dependencies between Business, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure and Development workstreams
• Preparation and coordination of delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and release activities
• Facilitation of Agile ceremonies, stakeholder alignments and project-related governance sessions / Preparation of delivery status information and decision-relevant documentation for project stakeholders
• Identification, documentation and coordination of mitigation measures for delivery risks and impediments
• Coordination of technical transformation and platform modernization activities / Coordination of data migration and data transformation activities within the defined project scope
• Coordination of legacy-to-cloud and database migration activities / Coordination of data reconciliation, validation and data quality activities
• Coordination of integration activities between operational and analytical data environments
• Coordination of migration activities covering planning, execution, stabilization and production deployment
• Documentation and transparent tracking of relevant dependencies, risks, decisions and delivery progress

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead within complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience in Project Management and Delivery Management / Experience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Pipelines, and Release Management
• Experience within banking and/or insurance environments / Experience with large-scale transformation programs and end-to-end delivery lifecycle management
• Strong experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams / Strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data migration and data transformation initiatives / Practical knowledge of Databricks-based data platforms
• Good understanding of SQL and relational database concepts / Experience with database migration projects and data integration architectures
• Knowledge of API-based system integrations and cloud-native architectures / Understanding of complex enterprise application landscapes
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices / Understanding of performance, reliability, and operational readiness concepts
• Experience coordinating enterprise data migrations, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills / Confident interaction with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Strong facilitation, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities / Results-oriented and delivery-focused approach with a strong servant-leadership mindset
