Join DKV Mobility and lead the transformation of our Settlement, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable and Transactional Accounting operations across multiple countries. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive operational excellence, digitalization, compliance, and business performance while leading international teams and shaping the future operating model of Finance Operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Settlement Operations strategy across the DKV Group
- Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Settlement Operations teams across countries
- Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure accurate supplier settlements, customer invoicing, and collections
- Optimize working capital, cash flow, DSO, and collection efficiency
- Own governance, internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage budgets, capacity planning, and operational performance
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax, Procurement, and IT
- Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of leadership experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or BPO environments
- Strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Settlement, and Financial Processes
- Solid knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, VAT, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Experience with SAP, process automation, and KPI-driven management
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic leadership skills
- Advanced English; German is a plus
