Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as a Customer Services Production Interface Engineer (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate FAL & Production removals and purchase order placements when necessary
• Provide AOG (Aircraft-On-Ground) support
• Steer various subcontracting activites within the department
• Serve as the main contact for the ASO (Satair Supply Chain) ordering team, handling Plant Production Coordination (what, when, follow-up)
• Manage sales order follow-up (sourcing from production/stock) and compile all required information regarding order status and delivery dates incl. SAP inputs
• Guarantee on-time and on-quality delivery and shipment of parts, including adherence to ASO packaging requirements
• Trigger the provision of commercial data (e.g., cost, lead-time) to ASO upon request
• Support supply activities by requesting quotations towards PMR (Contractual Procurement) and suppliers and following up on ordering and manufacturing activities
• Perform Certifying Staff activities, including the issuance of EASA F1
• Lead internal projects / partial projects according to your grading
• Drive and support continuous improvement programs within your area
• Prepare and deliver reporting and presentations towards the project leader and within the project organization

Ihr Profil:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Economics / Business Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain / Logistics
• Work experience in Quality Management
• Experience in aircraft maintenance is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of Change Management and Project Management
• Knowledge of EASA Part 21 and Part 145 is an advantage
• Knowledge of Skywise is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of German
• Willingness to travel (2–3 times per year within Europe)
