• Drive and implement state-of-the-art software solutions for IC design methodologies in a cutting-edge semiconductor development environment
• Lead the design and development of a next-generation software tool supporting IP development, with a strong focus on scalability, usability, maintainability, and performance
• Re-architect and re-implement existing methodology tools, transforming legacy functionality into a modern, modular, and extensible software platform using Python as the primary programming language
• Contribute to the development of next-generation IP integration and mixed-signal design methodologies
• Collaborate closely with design, verification, and methodology teams to identify process improvements and deliver efficient engineering solutions
• Ensure high software quality through automated testing, documentation, code reviews, version control, and the application of CI/CD best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies, methodologies, and software development approaches to continuously enhance engineering productivity and design workflows
• Drive innovation in methodology software and contribute to the evolution of semiconductor design automation solutions

• Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in software development, preferably within semiconductor, EDA (Electronic Design Automation), or IC design environments
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of object-oriented software development principles
• Experience with software architecture, refactoring, and the development of scalable and maintainable applications
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including Git, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of semiconductor design flows, IP development, IP integration, or mixed-signal design methodologies is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
