Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as an Industrial Engineer / Lean Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the key interface between customers, business teams and digital project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of requirements and objectives
• Manage cross-functional collaboration across global teams to identify priorities, improve processes and drive solution convergence
• Gather, analyze and coordinate business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, implementation and change management
• Support deployment activities by coordinating resources, milestones, training initiatives and project readiness
• Evaluate incoming requests and integrate new solutions into the overall portfolio strategy while ensuring business value

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in Change Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management
• Work experience in Production Planning and Control
• Good knowledge of Lean Management and Process Management
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
• German or French language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel (mainly within Europe, approx. twice per year)
