Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as a Project Manager Widebody Wing Movables (m/f/d) at the location Bremen.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision-making.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects with regard to scope, schedule, cost, and quality, including the development of project structure plans.
• Prepare and facilitate design reviews, regular status meetings, and project reporting, including KPI reports, meeting minutes, coordination memos, project documentation, and project data analyses.
• Manage verification, validation, and configuration management:
  • Compile compliance evidence in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate and process deviations and provide administrative support.
  • Support Change Request Management.
• Monitor project work packages and identify, communicate, and track project dependencies, delays, and risks.
• Coordinate project documentation and archiving to ensure proper record management.
• Define, implement, and coordinate the project organization and project teams throughout all project phases.
• Ensure the effective integration and application of lessons learned, as well as active risk and opportunity management.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in Change Management, Configuration Management, Engineering, Interface Management, Project Leadership, Project Management and Construction
• Knowledge of agile project methodologies
• Good knowledge of ICC, DOORS, PDMLink (Product Data Management System / Validation Tool) and PDMLink A350
• Knowledge of Taksy is an advantage
• Good knowledge of process management and in the field of data management and analysis
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately once per quarter
