As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- In this role, you translate the Group’s strategy into clear, impactful, and measurable internal communications. Your goal is to create understanding, alignment, and engagement around strategic priorities across regions, countries, and business units. By bringing strategic drivers, key messages, and tangible success stories to life, you empower leaders and employees alike to act as ambassadors of change and actively shape the company’s transformation journey.
- Working closely with Strategy and HR, you help strengthen the values of our family-owned business while ensuring that internal events, communication formats, and platforms meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- You develop and drive the Group-wide internal communications strategy, defining clear objectives, initiatives, and KPIs aligned with our OKRs while engaging and inspiring approximately 2,800 employees across countries and cultures.
- You ensure consistent, frequent, and impactful communication throughout the company’s transformation journey. By actively setting the agenda, identifying relevant success stories, and highlighting key strategic priorities, you drive integrated communication campaigns that create visibility and momentum.
- You make sure that the values, culture, and high standards of quality and compliance that define our family-owned business are reflected in all internal communications.
- You coordinate closely with our business units and international sales organizations, helping them maximize the reach and impact of their communications while providing clear strategic context.
- Together with HR and the Works Council, you develop communication concepts for change initiatives, including stakeholder mapping, ambassador programs, and strategies to effectively manage resistance to change.
- You take ownership of the content, design, and user experience of our internal platforms and events. In addition, you shape onboarding activities, foster community engagement, and support leaders through communication toolkits and guidelines that enable effective message cascades.
- You ensure the efficient use of resources by leveraging modern technologies, AI solutions, and data analytics to continuously improve the effectiveness, reach, and impact of internal communications.
- You bring more than 10 years of experience in corporate communications and have a strong strategic mindset that enables you to translate business and Group strategies into compelling internal communications across different regions and business units.
- You have excellent writing and storytelling skills and know how to turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and audience-focused messages.
- You stand out through strong interpersonal and networking skills and are confident navigating complex stakeholder environments while building trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You are resourceful, comfortable working across multiple communication channels, and leverage AI technologies to improve workflows, drive efficiency, and enhance communication effectiveness.
- You bring proven leadership and decision-making capabilities and have extensive experience supporting change initiatives and communicating effectively throughout different phases of transformation.
- Ideally, you also have experience in complex B2B environments, ESG communications, arts and culture communications, and HR communications.
