• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
• Define, implement, and maintain CRM development standards based on best practices and governance frameworks
• Configure the CRM system, build workflows and automations, and integrate third-party applications and services
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal operation
• Document system architecture, configurations, and data flows to support efficient handovers and sustainable knowledge sharing

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong expertise in CRM system configuration, including workflows, user management, data imports, SQL, and security settings
• Experience working with integration tools and APIs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to resolving system and process-related challenges
• Proactive communicator with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

Gehaltsinformationen

• The minimum salary for this position is EUR 70,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary may be offered
