Become part of our unique team, where you will have an
impact on the development and dynamics of the mobility market in which we
operate. As a Sales Consultant Mobility Solutions, you will play a key role in
supporting the sales organization in the development of telematics and fleet
management services, including DKV Live. Through your expertise, consulting
approach, and close cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders, you
will contribute to business growth and help customers optimize their fleet
operations and mobility processes.
Your task:
- Monitor
and provide substantive support to the entire VTPL Sales Team in the sales
process of telematics services, including DKV Live.
- Monitor
and provide substantive support to the entire VTPL Sales Team in the sales
process of digital solutions.
- Support
the achievement of sales targets related to DKV Live and other mobility
solutions.
- Support
the achievement of sales targets related to DKV Live and TMS.
- Cooperate
with Marketing in activities related to product launches and market
awareness campaigns.
- Contact
customers according to the sales strategy and support the sales team in
preparing offers and product presentations.
- Analyze
customer needs and provide consultancy during negotiations with new and
existing customers.
- Advise,
train, and support customers in the effective use of DKV Live and TMS.
- Coordinate
the distribution of DKV Live and TMS orders and cooperate with relevant
teams during the offer preparation process.
- Deliver
product and solution trainings for colleagues and support knowledge
sharing across the organization.
- Provide
technical support to colleagues regarding customer service-related
inquiries and issues.
- Prepare
sales analyses, reports, and recommendations concerning product
performance and sales channel effectiveness.
- Participate
in the continuous optimization of products, services, and sales processes
in cooperation with Headquarters.
- Monitor
and report KPIs to management and Headquarters on a monthly basis.
- Maintain
accurate records and internal reporting using company systems and CRM
tools.
- Perform
other duties as assigned by the employer.
Your profile:
- Higher
education, preferably in Business, Economics, Logistics, Transport, or a
related field.
- Minimum
2 years of experience in sales support, consultative sales, customer
consulting, telematics, fleet management, mobility solutions, or a related
business environment.
- Strong
communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability
to understand customer needs and translate them into value-added business
solutions.
- Experience
in customer training, consulting, or product implementation is an
advantage.
- Analytical
mindset with the ability to prepare reports and draw business conclusions
from data.
- Knowledge
of telematics, fleet management, mobility services, or digital
transportation solutions will be considered a strong asset.
- Fluent
Polish and communicative English, both written and spoken.
- Good
knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience
working with CRM systems is welcome.
- Willingness
to travel occasionally to customers and company locations.
