As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You take full ownership of the continuous development of the eMobility @road, @home, and @work product portfolio and are responsible for shaping and aligning the digital eMobility feature roadmap.
- You own key functionalities across the entire lifecycle of the @road, @home, and @work eMobility products, with a strong focus on our SAP landscape. Your responsibilities include gathering and defining business requirements from Product Managers and process stakeholders, as well as efficiently steering development resources.
- You manage and prioritize the product backlog and accept sprint deliverables. In addition, you ensure alignment between your planning activities and the overall product roadmap while regularly communicating progress to all relevant stakeholders. You also collaborate closely with Product Owners across different business areas.
- You actively drive the development of new features, particularly with regard to further digitalization and automation of our processes. As the central point of contact, you support and advise business stakeholders in designing and implementing innovative solutions.
- You provide functional leadership to an international development team, including remote team members, and are responsible for initiating, planning, and delivering projects that expand and enhance our existing and future eMobility roaming products in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within an agile product environment.
- You have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- You have hands-on experience in backlog management, as well as in analyzing and prioritizing business requirements and product developments.
- You have a proven track record of successfully leading software and digitalization projects.
- You understand complex system landscapes and integration processes, for example in environments involving SAP, API-based platforms, or digital services.
- You collaborate effectively with international and cross-functional development teams and ideally have experience in eMobility, energy, payment solutions, platform businesses, or digital B2B products.
- You translate business requirements into structured user stories and actionable development packages.
- You are confident in working with product roadmaps, product strategies, and prioritization frameworks.
- You have experience planning and facilitating sprint reviews, backlog refinements, and other agile planning activities.
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and are known for your solution-oriented mindset and passion for process digitalization and automation.
- You communicate confidently and professionally in both German and English, which you use as day-to-day working languages in an international environment.
