- You develop, implement, and optimize innovative pricing models and concepts, including volume-based, risk-based, bundle, and subscription pricing models.
- You take end-to-end ownership of pricing operations, from strategic design through to operational execution.
- You establish and continuously enhance company-wide pricing governance, standards, and processes across all sales units.
- You define and implement processes that ensure operational excellence across all customer-facing and pricing-related activities.
- You build and optimize systems, tools, and data structures that support modern pricing concepts and processes.
- You develop KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and performance management mechanisms to continuously improve pricing performance.
- You leverage analytics, simulations, and data-driven insights to make informed pricing decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- You lead digital pricing initiatives and continuously advance innovative pricing tools and capabilities.
- You collaborate closely with adjacent functions, including product teams and Credit Management, and provide expert guidance on all pricing-related matters.
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
- You bring more than five years of professional experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, or Revenue Management, ideally complemented by experience in a leading management consulting firm.
- You have a proven track record in developing, implementing, and enhancing modern pricing models.
- You possess a strong understanding of end-to-end pricing processes and their integration into systems, tools, and data environments.
- You have experience in establishing and advancing pricing governance, standards, and steering mechanisms within complex organizations.
- You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and have experience designing KPI frameworks, performance management models, and data-driven decision-making approaches.
- You think strategically and understand pricing as a key lever for profitable growth and sustainable value creation.
- You have a strong execution mindset and excel at translating strategic concepts into operational processes and measurable business outcomes.
- You possess outstanding communication and presentation skills and can effectively convey complex topics to a wide range of audiences, including executive-level stakeholders.
- You bring strong stakeholder management capabilities and confidently navigate cross-functional and international environments.
- You work in a highly self-driven, structured, and results-oriented manner and maintain focus even in demanding situations.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
