- Four-year college degree plus a minimum of five years of related work experience; or an AA degree or equivalent university program certificate plus minimum of 8-10 years of directly related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills as well as experience in marketing projects
- Very good communication skills and assertiveness
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Level 1 (N1)
Qualifications
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand prospective customer networks
- Plan, coordinate, and manage participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical events
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with sales agents and distributors
- Lead new sales lead generation initiatives (primary responsibility)
- Provide strategic sales support to agents and distributors to improve opportunity conversion and closing rates
