  • You are responsible for managing ongoing taxation matters for the German entities of the corporate group.
  • Your responsibilities include the preparation and filing of tax balance sheets or reconciliation statements, tax returns, and e‑balance sheets for the German group entities.
  • You take ownership of the entire tax lifecycle – from ongoing advisory services and year‑end closing to tax filings and tax audits.
  • You play a key role in the continuous digitalization of the tax function, particularly in the area of ongoing taxes (interim processes, tax filings, e‑balance sheets, etc.).
  • You are responsible for complex areas of tax law, e.g. the German Reorganization Tax Act (UmwStG), the Foreign Tax Act (AStG), and the Minimum Tax Act (MinStG).
  • You manage the tax interfaces with international group entities, both in connection with profit distributions and intercompany relationships.
  • You independently prepare complex tax opinions, recommendations for action, and legal remedies, and handle inquiries from tax authorities as well as from internal and external advisors in Germany and abroad. In addition, you assess tax matters related to contract structuring, agreements, market entries, and new products.
  • You contribute to IFRS tax accounting and reporting, including the preparation of tax information and disclosures for the IFRS consolidated financial statements.
  • You are involved in M&A tax matters.
  • You take responsibility for special projects, such as the implementation of legislative changes, the integration of new business areas, or the establishment of branches in additional countries.
  • You coordinate appointed domestic and international advisors.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics or finance with above‑average results.
  • You have at least three years of professional experience in tax advisory or within a company, ideally in an international environment.
  • You have fluent English language skills.
  • You enjoy analyzing business models from a tax perspective and working with as well as further developing digital tools.
  • You bring intercultural competence.
