As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You assume group-wide responsibility for HR integration and governance as part of the post-merger integration of all eMobility SaaS entities into the DKV target HR operating model.
- You establish consistent HR governance structures, policies, and processes in close alignment with Group HR and Country HR Services.
- You drive the rollout of DKV-wide reward, grading, and compensation standards across all entities.
- You own the people side of post-merger integration and shape a shared culture that connects entrepreneurial SaaS mindsets with DKV’s values.
- You foster leadership alignment, engagement formats, and a strong “One eMobility SaaS” identity.
- You design and implement target organizational structures, clear role profiles, and transparent decision-making and governance models.
- You work closely with the CEO, CCO, CFO, entity leads, and Central HR to translate the growth strategy into sustainable workforce and headcount planning.
- You lead and develop local HR business partners and HR teams, establish an integrated talent and development model, and strengthen a performance- and learning-oriented culture.
- You bring extensive senior-level HR leadership experience, ideally as a Director or Head of HR in a larger platform or technology-driven environment.
- You have a proven track record in post-merger integrations, organizational transformations, and the harmonization of HR structures.
- You have deep experience working with senior leadership teams and group functions across multiple regions and legal entities in an international context.
- You are experienced in harmonizing complex HR landscapes, for example across payroll, compensation, grading, and HR services within a group framework.
- You bring strong change management capabilities, particularly in M&A and transformation contexts.
- You have a solid financial understanding of workforce planning, headcount management, and personnel cost control.
- You demonstrate strong business acumen and are able to link growth strategies and commercial objectives with people and organizational decisions.
- You operate strategically, pragmatically, and with strong execution focus, and are valued as a trusted sparring partner and coach to senior leaders.
