- You take on the functional and disciplinary leadership of the GL team.
- You are responsible for the preparation of the statutory financial statements of the centrally managed group entities as well as the annual dependency report.
- You act as a key interface to Finance Business Directors and Managers and ensure close interdisciplinary coordination within Finance and Accounting.
- You hold process responsibility for the finalization of monthly IFRS reporting for the entities under your responsibility.
- You handle operational accounting issues of individual entities in accordance with IFRS and HGB.
- You ensure data-related support for all VAT advance returns of the central entities.
- You are responsible for accounting-related centralization projects of new and existing group companies, independently coordinate with auditors, and contribute to cross-group IT and functional projects.
- You have completed commercial training and hold a qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (IHK).
- You bring at least 3–5 years of professional experience in operational accounting with an IFRS focus.
- Ideally, you also hold a qualification as an International Public Accountant, have a degree in business or economics with an accounting focus, and/or experience with BaFin‑regulated financial statements.
- You are IT‑affine and have experience with SAP ERP as well as, ideally, a consolidation tool at first reporting level.
- You have mandatory initial leadership experience.
- You stand out through strong organizational skills and a structured, goal‑ and deadline‑oriented way of working.
- You communicate confidently and have a strong command of English suitable for negotiations.
- Ideally, you also hold a qualification as an International Public Accountant, have a degree in business or economics with an accounting focus, and/or experience with BaFin‑regulated financial statements.
